Truffle Olive Oil by Estoublon. Olive oil-based culinary preparation flavored with black truffle. Extra virgin olive oil 96.9%, black truffle flavor 2%, natural black truffle extract 1.1%. Very intense on the palate, blending the flavors of olive oil with those of fresh black truffle. Balanced and intense, it has musky, undergrowth notes that transport us to the heart of Provence.
