SOURCING NOTE

Micro-lot harvested on the Dinsa Soreso parcel (100 year-old trees, garden coffee). Like old vines, little fruit but cherries twice as long as our "traditional Yeti". Measurement reveals exceptional density, hence its sweetness, fruitiness and great complexity. Originating from the more than 100 year-old Moka plants endemic to the area planted in 1914 by Dhinsa Soreso's father opposite the family house.

  • Third generation coffee roaster, Christophe Servell has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world. By offering a “French-style” interpretation of what coffee should be, built on the overarching principles of gastronomy, richness and knowledge of the regions, respect for the product, expert know-how, freshness and flavour of the raw materials, since its creation Terres de Café has thus contributed to the emergence of a new coffee sector; one that demonstrates respect for the producers, for nature and for the consumers. In 2017 Terres de Café was recognised as the first speciality coffee roaster in France, driven by continuous passion and desire to offer the best.
