They produce chocolate bars of remarkable quality with beans selected for their rare soils. Their selection process is very strict as they commit to organic and sustainable farming. They aspire to make us discover the abundance of aromas in chocolate. We can only appreciate their strong commitment to authenticity by using exclusively two organic ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar.
