A gourmet mix between the 70% Hazelnuts Dominican Republic Chocolate Bar by Encuentro and the delicious organic Piedmont hazelnuts! As for our cocoas, the hazelnuts have been roasted delicately at home for controlled and powerful aromas. The half hazelnuts are crunchy under the teeth, then leaving the honey notes of our chocolate to envelop everything....we can't get enough of it
Encuentro (meeting in English): This is the story of Candice & Antoine, one of the few bean-to-bar artisan in France. They produce chocolate bars of remarkable quality with beans selected for their rare soils. Their selection process is very strict as they commit to organic and sustainable farming. They aspire to make us discover the abundance of aromas in chocolate. We can only appreciate their strong commitment to authenticity by using exclusively two organic ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar.
