Ethiopia Coffee Chocolate Bar by Encuentro. Terres de Café & Encuentro: great collaboration combining the know-how of two artisans roasters. Abundance of flavors thanks to the blend of floral, sweet spice and honey notes of the Ethiopan coffee beans and of the candied mango and tangy hints of the Guatemala 70% dark chocolate.
Encuentro (meeting in English): This is the story of Candice & Antoine, one of the few bean-to-bar artisan in France. They produce chocolate bars of remarkable quality with beans selected for their rare soils. Their selection process is very strict as they commit to organic and sustainable farming. They aspire to make us discover the abundance of aromas in chocolate. We can only appreciate their strong commitment to authenticity by using exclusively two organic ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar.
