Haiti Chocolate Bar by Encuentro. The ultra-premium quality beans by PISA (Produits des Iles SA) are farmed sustainably in the North of Haiti. Smooth dark chocolate with floral, citrus and caramel notes.
Encuentro (meeting in English): This is the story of Candice & Antoine, one of the few bean-to-bar artisan in France. They produce chocolate bars of remarkable quality with beans selected for their rare soils. Their selection process is very strict as they commit to organic and sustainable farming. They aspire to make us discover the abundance of aromas in chocolate. We can only appreciate their strong commitment to authenticity by using exclusively two organic ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar.
