From apple harvesting to ripening in the chai, our artisanal expertise sublimates all the aromas of the belchard apple coming from the charentais orchards. this apple vinegar is ageed in french oak barrels to reveal its structure, and refined in chestnut barrels to transmit finesse and elegance, thus offering a product with unique character. the sweet fruity and woody notes go wonderfully with vegetable sauties, salads, mature cheeses and a cocktail ingredient!
Established in 2004, La Compagnie de Bouteville is located in Bouteville, in the heart of the Cognac area. They got nominated as “Artisan Producteur de Qualité” for promoting artisanal know-how and for working with the best of their local supplies: selected ugni grapes from the best Cognac vineyards and barrels from local coopers.
